the link to tasks.php at sourceforge seems to be broken - any ideas?

Does this work in Mediawiki 1.7.1? Are there any examples anywhere of how to use it?
Error while editing edit
I tried this extension with MW 1.10.2. it is working fine but when i click edit link on any page, i'm gettingh a blank page. if i turn task extension off, then i can edit pages. Why is it so? --Jack
