Venue

It was suggested that we try a Wetherspoon's, because of the Meal Deals and the larger selection of Real Ales. There are several in central Reading, such as:

• The Back of Beyond, Kings Road
• The Hope Tap, Friar Street
• The Monk's Retreat, Friar Street

Compared to Copa, the two on Friar Street are much closer to the station, but the one on Kings Road is further away. --Redrose64 (talk; at English Wikipedia) 22:25, 23 September 2012 (UTC)

I must admit I was a bit disappointed with the food at the Copa so an alternative would be welcome. Not sure of my plans for November yet. Dsergeant (talk) 11:00, 24 September 2012 (UTC)
