Don't disagree but the page is headed as an "historical" one so maybe that covers the whole "out of date" aspect of it (which is more than can be said of other pages here!)? --Herby ^{talk thyme} 10:27, 27 February 2011 (UTC)

Made some updates. More needed (mailing list links, dates, etc.) but it's now accurate, so I've removed the {{historical}} tag. PeterSymonds 10:38, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
