Failed proposal?
One may infer, from the fact that all discussion of this proposal has been removed (archived), that the proposal has failed. It may be noted that Meta itself does not ordinarily have the type of content pages that raise issues addressed by the board's resolution on writing about living people, and that Meta does not seem, in practice, to be in a position to interpret or enforce the resolution for the other Wikimedia projects. Perhaps it is time to move this proposal to Category:Archived policy proposals. ~ Ningauble 16:25, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
