Open proxies

Unfortunately, open proxies are not allowed on our projects, apart from some very specific cases.
Open proxies can be easily used to bypass our anti-abuse mechanisms, so we do not allow editing from them. There are some specific exceptions, detailed below.
Here are the cases where you can use them:
- Users subject to censorship in their country
- Users who are unable to safely edit Wikimedia projects without a proxy are allowed to use proxies. In that case, please click the button below.
