The Kannada Wikibooks should be closed since it has no legitimate content and no useful activity. The content of this Wikibooks is the Main Page, a spam page, and "Wikipedia:Administrators". Kannada has rich heritage and cultural background. I think Government of Karnataka has to take initiative and use this viable platform to bring out the richness of our language and culture.
