Meeting to update partners on the project and collect an overview of offers/events/courses in the field of Open Science organised by the participating institutions within the framework of the OS-ADMs project in order to show what has already been developed and offer opportunities for synergies, also beyond the duration of the project.

Shared interests and challenges emerged from the roundtable with the OS-ADM partners

• multimedia and OA: definition of multimedia, how to implement OA with multimedia e.g. exhibitions
• performative arts and OA
• communication difficulties with library staff
• how to deal with students works; different requests and skill sets between students and researchers
• OER: where to store OER, explore possibilities of shared repositories
• practice-based research and publishers

Decisions and next phases

• Partners to submit the 2023 Financial and Activities Report by the end of January 2024
• Research team to collect partners' financial report and compile the 2023 Report for the overall project
