There are two localization needs related to this issue:

1. The first and less complicated need is localisation of:
   1. Description of Names Files for Countries and Territories Format
   2. Designation codes
   3. ADM1 codes
   4. Country codes
   5. Language codes
2. The second and more complicated need is Localization of the geographic names.
