Thank you for this request and for sharing your ideas, Farish.kty. Although it sounds like innovative and exciting work, we are not able to fund your request based on our program criteria explained in the Travel and Participation Support page. The itinerary you've proposed does not appear to be primarily about volunteer activities in support of the Wikimedia movement or its projects. Those activities in your itinerary that are in support of Wikimedia don’t seem to be formally planned and endorsed by the event organizers, so we're concerned about insufficient impact to justify the cost of your request. While the outcomes of your participation may be positive, they don't appear to be closely linked with the Wikimedia strategic priorities of increasing participation or reach, or improving content on Wikimedia sites.

For these reasons, it does not make sense for Wikimedia to fund this request. We welcome future requests from you that may be a better fit and wish you all the best in your future work.
