Dear Mastermindanand, thank you for your submission. However, the TPS program does not fund Wikimedia-funded events. Since the conference is funded through WMF's Project & Events Grant program, your request is not eligible for funding consideration. Additionally, it appears from your application that you might only be attending the conference, and one of selection criteria for TPS funding requires active participation like holding a workshop or doing a presentation.
