Hi Shklyaev. Thank you for your request and efforts to develop the Udmurt Wikipedia. I sent you an email on September 27th regarding this request and have not heard back so will be moving the status back to draft. We would like to support better connection between the editors of the Udmurt Wikipedia and see value in having the meeting. I understand that Wikimedia Russia is supported expenses for the event.
