Thank you for submitting your grant application to organize a Wikidata Birthday celebration event in your community. After reviewing your proposal, consulting with local affiliates, and Wikidata birthday coordinators, we made a hard decision to not fund your request. In order to ensure coordination and collaboration in the communities, we decided to approve Wikidata Birthday celebration grants only for recognized affiliates and allied organizations. We highly encourage you to join your efforts with your local affiliate and organize a Wikidata Birthday celebration together.
