As this proposal specifically mentions Wikidata, I have performed a review of the team member's experience and record on that project.
Neutral Bamouzou: They have significant experience in editing Wikidata. From reviewing a sample of recent item creations, I saw many that were well-represented, but also many that failed to establish notability. I also noted several poor descriptions. It appears that no-one has ever given them feedback about these issues. I have now given some feedback and look forward to seeing how they respond. They definitely show promise, but I'd like to see some improvement before endorsing them as a Wikidata trainer.
Endorsed Akouete: They have significant experience in editing Wikidata. From reviewing a sample of recent item creations, most seem to be well-represented. I noted a few poor descriptions and aliases. It appears that no-one has ever given them feedback about these issues. I have now given some feedback and look forward to seeing how they respond.- Neutral Visitezkpalimetg: They have no experience on Wikidata
- Neutral Theophile-kk: They have moderate Wikidata experience. Reviewing some of their recent item creations, I found some that were adequately represented, but many that failed to establish notability. It appears that I am the first to give them feedback about this issue.

Hello @Bamouzou thank you for submitting your application for the rapid fund grant. After careful review, we have decided not to fund your application at this time. We encourage synergy in project preparation to ensure that there are not overlaps that could cause potential conflicts. For this reason, we recommend that you work closely with the community and User Groups in Togo who are best positioned to provide the support that you need on your project.
