Partially Funded edit

Hello @SAgbley thank you for applying for the rapid fund grant. We reviewed and approved the grant in the amount of 47,855 GHS ($4,015 USD) with the following comments:

  • We recommend a review of the budget line items related to internet costs, hardware and awards. Additionally consider having online certificates instead of printed.

The application mentions that workshops will be organised, which is a key part of the project. Please consider the following recommendations;

  • While the proposal mentions training sessions and Edit-a-Thons for 30 students in each of the schools, it would be beneficial to provide more details about the specific content and topics covered in these workshops. Clearly defining the scope and subjects will help participants understand what to expect and enable them to prepare accordingly.
  • Consider including information about how the training and Edit-a-Thons will be tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of the hearing-impaired participants.
  • It's important to document the outcomes of these workshops comprehensively. This can include the number of articles edited, content created, skills learned, and feedback from participants. A well-documented report will help ensure that you are able to effectively assess the impact of the workshops.

Best of luck with your project!
