Endorsment from Ridzaina (talk) edit

This project will provide more visibility for Nigerian books and authors on Wikipedia and Wikidata. It will also help recruit new members and equip both new and existing members with adequate skills that will help them become experienced contributors on both Wikipedia and Wikidata. I   Strong support it.

Endorsment from Linason Blessing (talk) edit

Strong support This project will highlight the topic of Nigerian books and their authors, thereby promoting not just Nigerian novels but also the cultural backdrop embedded in the works. Since similar project was earlier carried out in 2022 and it increased the visibility of Nigerian Novel and Novelist, I am sure that this project will further enhance the visibility of Literary works of authors in Nigeria by updating articles about them and their works on Wikipedia, this project aligns with the Wikimedia Movement strategy goals.

Feedback from the MEA Regional Funds Review Team edit

Hello James Rhoda, thank you for submitting your grant application. After reviewing your grant application, we have a few questions and requests to learn more about the project and planned activities. Kindly communicate the following:

  • Kindly note that it is often difficult to manage a course with a large number of participants, so we recommend reducing the scope by decreasing the number of participants to 30 max. Please update your budget, metrics, and activities given the new number of participants.

Please make the changes indicated on Fluxx. Log in to the grantee portal and you will see your request in the "Proposals Requiring Attention" section. Modify and resubmit your application by 5 March 2023. If you need more time, please let us know.

We look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your time, --DGuedri (WMF) (talk) 14:22, 28 February 2023 (UTC)Reply
