• The project plan and related activities are clear and important. We appreciate your time and efforts to plan and run these activities.
• Thanks for providing details about your team. Could you please specify their roles in the project? Who will be responsible for training or guidance on Wikimedia projects? Does any team member have photography experience? (question 8)
• Could you please provide the link to the village pump where you discussed the project? (question 11)
• You mentioned that you would need support to measure the metrics. We recommend the following tools to use:
  • Event registration tool
  • Wikimedia Programs and Events dashboard
• Could you please provide a few examples of objects which will be photographed? Aside from uploading, do you plan to add them to other Wikimedia projects, like Wikipedia, to illustrate pages? (question 7)
• Are you planning to include any senior professor or an expert for Jain studies or architecture? (question 7)
• Adding QRs for the historical places seems an interesting idea. However, you may need permission from authorities to add them to historical places. Do you have permission from the authorities responsible to add QRs to these historical sites? We will only approve this activity if you have permission from relevant authorities. (question 7)

Hello Durga bhat bollurodi, thanks for adding your responses to the grant application. We are glad to inform you that we made a decision to fund this grant request in the amount of 95,000 INR. We are making this decision with the following comments and questions:

• We are glad to hear that you have the permission to set the QR codes.
• What is your plan regarding the photowalks? Could you please clarify how you will organize them? We are asking this especially taking into account the proposed expenses for food and travel. How did you calculate these expenses?
• We are also interested in learning more about your long-term plan. Do you plan to continue documenting the monuments in the region? What will be your follow up activities after the project completion?
