Hi Nshockey2. Thank you for this report and your efforts to support more Wikimedians at OpenCon 2016. It sounds like it was a success in terms of getting 11 Wikimedians to participate, networking between the Wikimedia and OpenCon communities, trainings, continued advocacy, and ongoing participation in satellite events. While it's disappointing only about half of the participants provided feedback, it was great to include the direct quotes on their reflections and to hear what the impact of their participation was.
