What is the problem you're trying to solve? edit
If someone has a harassment-related problem, there is no one in the organization they can go to who understands how these issues are usually handled.
What is your solution? edit
We need a person who is a focal point for these issues, who reports to the ED.

Endorsements edit
- Harassment must be treated by experts, not by anyone. Solve these problems with the community means to entrust very delicate and complex issues to inexperienced and unqualified persons. In these matters experts are called facilitators. Luca Polpettini (talk) 22:15, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
