Publicity - Tickets edit
We have many groups with their own internal word of mouth publicity,

Tickets will be organised through Eventbrite separate booking for each day
Food edit
- Food will be catered and organised through Glasgow University Hospitality Services (0)141 330 6177
- Prices for food will be updated by end of February prices are here Delivery Service £6.60 - £10.50 for working lunch tea/coffee included Drinks extra
- We will be using working lunch(£6.60 - £10.50) and Tea and coffee included, Intermission drinks is sold by the litre - Combi cup is cheaper and is sold by the drink
- For Thursday it will be served in the Attrium (£465 ?) tel 0141 330 3123
Audio Visual Services edit
Campbell Jamieson 0141 330 4922, Skype is available on the desktop though is not supported by IT department. Recording of lectures is available if they are given plenty of time to organise. They have automated lecturn within a box, with the larger screen showing the pc.
