Description - This year's theme of WLF23 is 'Gender Expression in Fashion'. We have several opportunities for existing and new users to contribute to commons and/or wikipedia within this theme.

Metrics - The success of the campaign will be monitored based on the edits made during and after the campaign.

@Mx Lucy: I've created the campaign and banner. Please check both and take a look at the preview. An SVG version of the logo would be better. Additionally, since this campaign also targets non-registered users, a notification to the nlwiki village pump would make sense.
