@MarcoAurelio: when will this campaign be published? Wirjadisastra (talk) 03:28, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I'm not in charge of this campaign so I couldn't answer that question. I only do CN stuff from time to time. Would you like me to take a look? —MarcoAurelio (talk) 09:42, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
On a second though, I'd be more confortable if someone from the WMF took a look here given that the proposed banners are linking to external pages not hosted by WMF and are asking for personal information. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 09:44, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I've sent an email to the central notice administrators email list. —MarcoAurelio (talk) 09:47, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Beeyan and Wirjadisastra: Any chance you've been able to look at my feedback below? Seddon (WMF) (talk) 11:07, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Seddon (WMF): Dear Seddon. I am afraid the ending time for this banner is incorrect. The timezone used to standardize is UTC+7, not UTC. Thus, the ending time in this page should be 2018-03-15 16:59 (UTC), not 2018-03-15 23:59 (UTC). Beeyan, could you please confirm? Best, ··· 🌸 Rachmat04 · 13:30, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@MarcoAurelio, Beeyan, and Wirjadisastra: have for the most part set up the campaign:
Campaign (CN): https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CentralNotice&subaction=noticeDetail&notice=ESEAP_2018
Banner (CN): https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNoticeBanners/edit/ESEAP_2018
Banner (Preview): https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=WMF_Resolutions/Executive_Secretary_term_2007-2008/ja&banner=ESEAP_2018&uselang=en&force=1
What I need is new translations. Given the amount of personal information being collected, it was not possible to include the links to the scholarship forms. They should included on your main meta page in highly prominent positions (at or near the top of all pages).
Use the translation extension to input the new translations:
Translate Extension (ja used as example): https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Translate&filter=%21translated&group=Centralnotice-tgroup-ESEAP_2018&language=ja&action=translate
Other than that we are almost ready to go. Seddon (WMF) (talk) 12:21, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Seddon and Seddon (WMF), thanks for your help. I've changed the link to Meta page only. You can see the example in this page, please update the template so the translation can have the same format. --Beeyan (talk) 13:16, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Seddon and Seddon (WMF), could you please take a look this one? Thanks --Beeyan (talk) 17:17, 25 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
