Bikol Wikipedia Community/Bikol Wikisource Training of Trainers

The Bikol Wikisource Training of Trainers Program intends to engage staff of GLAM institutions as well as collaborate with heritage, language and cultural organizations to become trainers and facilitators in the planned activities for building a Wikisource edition in the local language. The TOT program will build a pool of competent trainers who can then pass on the gained knowledge and skills to their fellow members in their respective organization or to their fellow staff at their respective GLAM institution. The participants will gain and develop competencies in conducting tutorials and in mentoring new contributors.
